Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Use effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning
- Utilize technology and other resources to enhance instruction
- Manage classroom behavior and implement behavior management strategies when necessary

Experience:
- Experience working with children
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional support to students who need it
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Understanding of education administration and policies in an elementary school setting
- Familiarity with early intervention programs and practices
